INDUSTRY SECTORS

Sectors We Serve

Our customers operate in some of the most demanding industries in the world. From aerospace to data centres, rail to renewable energies, Nitronica supplies assemblies where quality and traceability are non-negotiable.

The technical skills required across these sectors transfer directly. Whether the application is a wearable device, a rail trackside enclosure, or sub-assemblies used on oil rigs, the manufacturing disciplines (IPC compliant assembly, functional testing, traceability documentation) remain the same.

WHY NITRONICA

Built for OEMs That Need It Done Right

Product companies and OEMs choose Nitronica because we deliver consistent quality across regulated and demanding applications – and because manufacturing from Northern Ireland gives them something most UK or European contract manufacturers cannot offer.

Quality Standards That Regulated Sectors Require

Nitronica is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. PCB assemblies are inspected to IPC 610 Class 2 or 3. Cable assemblies are built and tested to IPC 620.

Dual Market Access | GB and EU From One Facility

Northern Ireland holds a unique position: unrestricted access to the GB market and the ability to trade freely within the EU Single Market. For OEMs supplying both GB and Republic of Ireland customers, or exporting into Europe, this means simplified logistics, fewer supply chain complications, and a single manufacturing partner for multiple markets.

Manufacturing Experience Since 1954

The Ballynahinch site has been producing electronic assemblies since 1954. That depth of experience means our team understands manufacturing challenges before they become production problems, particularly for complex electro-mechanical builds and low-volume specialist applications.

Flexible Volumes, Direct Communication

We work with a range of customers from SMEs to large global corporations across multiple sectors. Low volume, high complexity, tight deadlines – our team works with you to find the right solution rather than fitting your project to a standard process.
