New Product Introduction

New Product Introduction (NPI) has always been a key area for Nitronica and the emphasis and focus on this area is what helps to differentiate us from the competition. Systems and processes in use are robust and well developed. The system operates around a series of stagegates where progress is continually reviewed, with suppliers and customers both involved throughout the process.

Nitronica has dedicated NPI engineering and purchasing teams;an engineer and buyer is allocated to each new product or project, it is at this early stage that the product can be engineered for manufacture and any cost reduction suggestions put forward. The NPI engineer is closely involved with the first production batch and only formally hands over the manufacturing package to production when all issues have been addressed.

In this way quality and cost effectiveness are built in and time to market can be reduced to a minimum and project time scales are achieved.
