Nitronica has the experience, knowledge and expertise to build any electrical product in its entirety. As a vertically integrated manufacturer Nitronica has greater control over the supply and cost of the component parts such as PCB assemblies and cable assemblies.

From small consumer audio products to very large & complex high technology production equipment Nitronica has the knowledge and experience to ensure that costs are minimised and delivery dates are met.

The process of outsourcing complete builds can often be a difficult and time consuming one for the customer but Nitronica makes this as easy and painless as possible, in many case locating engineers and even buyers at the customer's premises to assist in the process and to gain a first hand knowledge of the customer's product and systems.

The key to sucessful management of complex builds lies in Nitronica's advanced new product introduction (NPI) process. Dedicated NPI buyers and engineers carry out a process with defined milestones and daily reviews ensuring that all issues are resolved and all documentation is in place prior to production. Design for manufacture (DFM) and cost reduction suggestions will also be discussed with the customer at this stage.
