Cable Assembly
Nitronica produces a variety of cable assemblies from simple earth straps to complex wiring harnesses. Our extensive range of terminations includes RF, Co-axial, Crimp, IDC, and Wire Wrap.
Nitronica operates fully automated Schleuniger cable processing lines capable of wire marking, cable cutting, stripping and coiling all in one operation. We also have a series of stand alone semi-automatic stripping machines capable of processing cables with out-of-round cross-sections and twisted pair cables without damaging the core material.
Our semi-automatic strip and crimp machines, as well as manual crimping of an extensive range of terminations, allow us to precisely tailor manufacture to customer requirements.
Nitronica’s highly-skilled workforce are specialised in the quick turn-around of labour-intensive cable operations, enabling rapid delivery of complex harnesses to our customers.
We conduct 100% continuity testing on all cable assemblies using computer-programmed test solutions and can provide test certificates and details of test configurations upon request.
